We aim to ship orders out within 48 hours.
Orders can take between 14 to 30 days to arrive. This timeframe varies depending on your location and so the delivery time can be longer.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. It can take a couple of days for your tracking information to be updated.
Lost or Stolen:
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier and can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.
We're are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.
In order to cancel your order you will need to request a cancellation within 4 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Once this time has passed or your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
Duties & Taxes:
We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes; however, most of our customers have reported having no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs. That being said, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
Due to the current situation, you may experience further delays with your order. This is out of our control due to delivery services lacking in staff and following government advice to stay safe.
